  Food is fine, but staff and atmosphere have left me feeling uncomfortable on several ocasions. Just not the same peppy or happy customer service I'm used to. This could change with time as staff changes occur.

  Meh. It's a sandwich. No its not superior but it certainly is priced that way. Fewer toppings than Subway with same quality, longer wait, and more money. Don't understand why its considered a superior sandwich place... Plus they put olives on mine, misread my topping checklist... I hate olives can't tell you how much it ruins a sandwich when they're snuck in there but by the time I noticed I was already at work. Probably will not be going back. Honestly i didn't have high hopes to begin with (the name alone kind of sets the stage for a mediocre sandwhich shop) so wasn't super dissapointed hence 3 stars.
